We want all children and families who enter through our doors to experience the love of Jesus Christ. Families here belong to a ministry that creates a place where children are welcomed, valued, nurtured, and recognized as vital members of the community.
Nursery Services Available
The nursery is available during Sunday services for children aged birth through 2 years old. This includes singing, prayer, scripture, Bible stories, and play. Children learn about God's faithfulness and the love of Jesus Christ. Children can be dropped off in the preschool rooms, down the hallway behind the Sanctuary and to the right.

Welcoming Children for Worship
Children will always be welcome to stay throughout the whole service here at SAPC! No matter their age, all children are active members in our church and are welcomed as such. Worship bags are available for children in the Narthex and on the table behind the sanctuary, and contain bible-themed activities they can enjoy.

Children's Moment and Sunday SchoolDuring service, children are invited to join a volunteer at the front of the sanctuary for a brief lesson based on the day's sermon. If you so choose, children are then welcome to go with the teacher to Sunday School for the remainder of the service for lessons and activities. It is located in the Fellowship Hall, by the preschool rooms.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)
VBS offers Bible-based learning that includes a mission project through which children can share God's love with others. Each year, VBS has a different theme and the program is designed for a variety of learning styles. The program takes place in July and is open to children aged 4 years (by Sept 1st) to rising 6th graders.
