Providing Kid Wardrobes to Local Families

SAPC's KINDer Closet is a kids' sharing closet that provides a gently-used wardrobe set to families requesting support, available in sizes newborn to 6T. Each provided collection will be picked to be worn in any season, with specialty items available on a limited basis. 

Originally developed and sponsored by LIFT bible study here at SAPC, the KINDer Closet grew out of a knowledge that a variety of families - single parents, foster families, and those experiencing financial strain or unexpected hardship.

We want to create a welcoming space, where families can access support without stigma. Our goal is to continue to meet the needs of our community and foster connections beyond the walls of our church building. 

The exact process of requesting support is still being finalized as we wait for this ministry to officially open. We appreciate your patience!

We accept donations of new or clean, lightly used clothing in sizes Newborn through 6T. We're always thankful for items that are dropped off! Donation boxes are located in the SAPC office, SAPK office, or the Narthex.

We also rely on volunteers to keep store hours open and connect with those that contact us for support. If you have the time to share, please contact us for and let us know your availability.

Finally, we accept monetary donations to help meet unique needs of families as they may arise, and to replenish particular sizes as needed. Donations can be made out to SAPC with "KINDer Closet" in the "For" line, or online on our Online Giving page.
