The Church officers mentioned in the New Testament include those of presbyters (ministers of the Word and Sacrament and elders) and deacons.  The Book of Order of the Presbyterian Church (USA) tells us that "(a)ll ministry in the Church is a gift from Jesus Christ.  Members and officers alike serve mutually under the mandate of Christ who is the chief minister of all."

Our Pastor

Rev. Christopher Crotwell

"... the Lord has set aside through calling and training certain members to perform a special ministry of the Word and Sacrament and has committed to them a variety of work to do," says the Book of Order.

The Session

As there were in Old Testament times elders for the government of the people, so the New Testament Church provided persons with particular gifts to share in governing and ministry.  Our session consists of our pastor and elders in active service.  The session is responsible for the mission and government of our church.

The Diaconate

The office of deacon as set forth in Scripture is one of sympathy, witness, and service after the example of Jesus Christ.  Together as a board of deacons, or diaconate, our deacons minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress.  They assume other duties as may be delegated to them by the session.

The Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees is the legal entity that holds ownership to the real property of the church.

The Board of Trustees is composed of:
