The annual "Kirkin' of the Tartans" church service displays many family tartans.  These are flags borrowed from the Robert Burns Society.  Given the heritage of the families of South Aiken Presbyterian Church, we could easily put together our own display of the Tartans of South Aiken.

Tartan material and other flag parts can be obtained for approximately $200 - $250.   Your family tartan can be determined from the computer or with the assistance of the cloth distributor.  If you are interested in obtaining a flag of your own tartan or use during our "Kirkin'" service, please contact Jean and Preston Weeks.

Just to share a little information, the above tartan is of the Clan Cunningham.  While visiting Ireland, we were able to trace our roots back to Scotland.  It was there that we also learned that "Cunningham" translated back to its original form means "Rabbit Farmer."
